Systema is a traditional martial art from Russia. The KGB made it into a top national secret due to its high effectiveness. It was revealed to the public only after the end of Soviet Union.

Its training is divided into:

  • Slow Sparring
  • Breathing
  • No Resistance
  • Wave
  • Weapons

It also uses the theory of the six doors like other martial arts (elbows, neck, knees, waist, ankles, and shoulders), and makes real and constant use of pressure points so that effective strikes can be given with even little power.
